I applied online. I was contacted by a recruiter 2 weeks later. There were three rounds. Firstly, I had a phone screening call with the recruiter. The second round was a video interview with the manager. The third round involved three 30-minute interviews with the senior manager and members of the team. After the third round, they completely stopped responding. I followed up twice with the recruiter however did not receive any response. I found this experience extremely unprofessional. I hope recruiters keep in mind that candidates are human beings who put in time and effort in preparing for these interviews. It does not take a lot for someone to close the loop. Many candidates would be happy to receive a response rather than nothing at all. Thoroughly disappointed.
