J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez X (San Francisco, CA) en juill. 2019
Entretien
A sourcer contacted me through LinkedIn and we scheduled time to talk. She was extremely nice and professional and moved me forward to a video interview. During the video interview, the recruiter was straight forward and asked a lot about metrics. They moved me to an on-site. I met with a total of 7 people over the span of two hours. It was a nice experience but I felt like they weren't really listening to what I said based on their responses (forgetting where I had worked, where I lived). Everyone told me how busy or overwhelmed they were so I felt a little awkward. Those were just uncomfortable points that made the interview process more stressful. The questions were also repetitive which is 100% fine.
Interviewers were all very professional, and respectful during the process. Questions asked were mostly on experience and behavioural ones. Even though I didn't receive an offer, the process was managed well and we kept in touch for future opportunities.

First call was with a recruiter, the second with a HR manager. Questions were straightforward & they asked about my experience and why I was interested in the job. I was expecting more complex questions but it was very surface level for both rounds. The recruiter was really nice and helpful throughout the process.
Interviewers ask good questions to understand skill set and ability, they were also respectful of candidate's time. Everybody was friendly and open to answering any questions I had. Questions were pretty striaghtforward, mostly behavioural and skill set related. This was before the company name changed to X.
