J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez X (Singapour)

Got approached by a sourcing person from the team. After the initial screen, I was told that I would be informed if I was shortlisted within 2 days, but I only received a phone interview call from a recruiter 2 weeks later. The call came at 8pm and it was a surprise as I was not previously informed about it, and calling at 8pm was a red flag to me. The recruiter arranged for a face-to-face interview the week after on a certain day but never confirmed the time. When I asked for the interview timing the day before the said interview, I got ghosted by the interviewer, only to receive an email later on the interview day itself that the interview will be rescheduled to the following week, and that they will inform me of the date and time the following week. I waited 2 weeks but there was no response. When I emailed them 2 weeks later to ask when the interview will be scheduled, the recruiter ghosted me again.
It's normal for candidates to not receive a reply from a company regarding their initial application, but ghosting candidates when you have already shortlisted them and made interview arrangements with is definitely a huge red flag. The recruiter should have given a rejection as soon as possible if needed. Unprofessional especially for anyone who will join their team as a recruiter.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Asked mostly about work experience, nothing out of the ordinary
Interviewers were all very professional, and respectful during the process. Questions asked were mostly on experience and behavioural ones. Even though I didn't receive an offer, the process was managed well and we kept in touch for future opportunities.

First call was with a recruiter, the second with a HR manager. Questions were straightforward & they asked about my experience and why I was interested in the job. I was expecting more complex questions but it was very surface level for both rounds. The recruiter was really nice and helpful throughout the process.
Interviewers ask good questions to understand skill set and ability, they were also respectful of candidate's time. Everybody was friendly and open to answering any questions I had. Questions were pretty striaghtforward, mostly behavioural and skill set related. This was before the company name changed to X.
