J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez X (San Francisco, CA) en juill. 2016
Entretien
Traditional process:
-- Recruiter reached out based on my application
-- 2 round of phone interviews
-- Onsite - 6 hours - 8 individuals
All interviewers were friendly and seem to have good people skills. They all seemed to be pretty happy with my responses - I can say that because (1) A few interviewers explicitly mentioned that and (2) Recruiter confirmed via email that all the responses were positive. However I didn't receive offer stating 'The team is not sure that this is the right fit. They said they want to keep interviewing'.
I wish they would give the 'real' reason at least to someone who has gone through 30 day process.
