The first stage was a 30 minute screener with the VP of engineering. The second and final interview was with a propulsion engineer and a director of engineering. The screener was more related to my own experience, while the final interview was heavily technical with questions directly related to solid rocket motor design and assembly.

Fairly relaxed. Interview with 2 senior engineers in company that were wholly nontechnical. Mostly questions about willingness to work long hours, ,tell me about yourself, etc. Received offer same week.
