Take home coding assignment then HR phone call then 4-round onsite coding interview for 2.5 hours then 4-round behavior interview for 1.5 hours. HR calls you for the compensation and offer.

Asked to complete a take home assignment. The assignment was easy but took a couple of hours overall. I’m very confident in my solution and made sure all details were exactly the way they wanted. I submitted my code but never heard back. Emailed to follow up without any answer.
The application process requires you to email a resume a specific address. The initial response was
from a higher-up (CTO i think) at the company (not a recruiter), so i have a feeling their recruitment process is highly flawed as i’m not sure how this is a scalable system.
I’d encourage others to not even apply as they require you to do an assignment (without even having an intro call), that takes a good amount of time, and seem likely to ghost you.

I applied online through their website. Then I was contacted by the recruiter and emailed her back with my availability but then no response to set up any calls.
