Anyone with any sales experience ast all can do this interview in their sleep. You show up to a hiring event which they do every two weeks due to the incredibly high turnover. It begins with a pep talk about how sales reps earn $80k a year (truth: you might SELL $80k a year in commissions but with a 50% cancellation rate and penalties in commission percentage for those cancellations you are lucky to see $30k). Then starting with the people who attract the most attention to themselves in the first part the floor sales managers do the interviews calling people in one by one. If you get hired you know before you leave that day.

They ask you to read through a phone sales script and role play the sale with the interviewer. They also ask you how much money you want to make to screen out people that are happy to sit there for the $7.85/hour base pay (as if).
