I spoke with a recruiter on the phone initially. Phase I is easy. Then, I was invited to meet with a recruiter for in-person screening. The recruiter was seasoned and knowledgeable. The interview went well, and then, I was invited to meet with the Sales Manager and Sales Director who managed the Telesales office. They are going to ask everyone the exact same questions, and they expect the exact same answers. They operate on a formula.
