Waste of time. The ad said "FUN" This interview was far from fun. Both seemed miserable. Interviewed with the supposed boss and a team leader, both I found to be unprofessional and rude. Did not shake hands or make eye contact.

Question 1
The only question they asked me was "how would you sell a timeshare", no other questions, Mostly talked about how everyone was making over a 100K a year. How the top sales person just bought a house and a fancy sports car.
Just walk in like you own the place. Have high confidence, be dressed to kill, perfect hygiene, etc. Ladies, I recommend a dress with heels. Guys, absolutely wear a tie, if possible a jacket as well. They don't care about what you know. They care about how you look and how much personality you have.

First there was a phone interview, then a recruiter interview, and last a managers panel interview. Everything was doable and not difficult at all. They look mostly for personality and character, everything else they can teach you.
