You start with a phone screening with their recruiter after you pass that - then your next step is a group interview which is roughly thirty min to one hour and then from there if you qualify you will be called for an individual interview at a separate time

Very easy, with no complications. Received call from HR to schedule interview with Management and after a couple of days I received a call from HR with an offer.
