I was first contacted and did an initial interview with the area recruiter, which was really more of him trying to sell me on being an employee there. After that, I met with the head of the concierge desk who interviewed me as well. He was very cocky and acted like he was too good for the position. He also told me that having a college education is worthless and that college educations aren't valued at Wyndham by higher management.
