2 rounds of interviews. The first round was with the direct manager and director for 45 minutes then 30 minutes with HR. The second day was a panel of 3 other managers for 45 minutes and 30 minutes for the direct manager again. All the questions were based on my resume with a few technical feelers to see what I knew. Overall it was pleasant and not stressful. It was very much a two way conversation the whole time instead of them just firing predetermined questions like most places.
