J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Wyndham Destinations (Las Vegas, NV)
Entretien
I thought my 1st 2 interviews went extremely well. I was convinced I would be offered the position since I got along so well with the actual hiring manager so well.
However I was extremely nervous during my panel interview . I felt as if the questioning about my past put me at a huge disadvantage since my background is primarily sales and sales management. I have always been a very strong leader of people and thought I would be perfect for this position as I wanted to make a transition into operations.
I wish there would have been more questions in regards to how I would have handled situations in the position I was interviewing for or how I would have supervised the team I would have been responsible for. Or even how I handled deadlines.
I felt as if each question was "Tell us about a time you failed in the past and why did you fail"
I am a people person and it was extremely difficult to get comfortable since the panel was reading pre written questions and not questions I felt they really wanted the answer for.
It was really strange because the 1st 2 interviews where very personable and the panel interview wasn't.
The only feedback I received from the recruiter was that 1 panel member felt I was more of a salesman than an Operations Manager. Which obviously helps me in no way.
