It was straight to the point. Asked me about my strengths, weaknesses and how do I succeed in life. Done in a very professional matter. Talked about examples of bad instances that I fixed. Typical interview questions.

The interview process was out dated they made me do a IQ test who does that? Also application process outdated they made me write I have not done that in years I type much better than I write . They interviewed me in lobby.

They made me do a IQ test not math or English I felt like I wasted my time I know I am a good person and worker kept my self employed for the last 15 years that's genius.
