      Entretien

Overall the process was extremely demanding, but fair, and surprisingly fun. I applied after seeing an opening on LinkedIn, and some weeks later I was able to schedule a call with the recruiter (which was already extremely helpful). The first interview with the recruiter had basic questions, a discussion of the role, and salary expectations, quite basic. The second phase was a somewhat challenging UCAT-like test, but there were guidelines to prepare for it (moreover one can find practice on the internet to be ready). The test was followed by some personality-related questions, nothing extraordinary or invasive in my opinion as opposed to some reviews I saw. The third phase was an interview with a senior agent with a demo call, which was not easy as well, but sufficient guidelines were given for preparation. Also, one rather simpler written task as language assessment (it seemed to be more up to the candidate how serious this one would be taken). As a fourth step there was an interview with HR and CS managers, also with a demo call, and general questions about the interest in the role, expectations, and candidate profile. In general the questions seemed relevant, and the demo call again quite demanding (both demo calls I had definitely put the required skills to the test). As a final oral language assessment there was one more interview with another experienced CS agent with no demo call, also very professional, but mainly a chat with questions related to the role. In general I would say the people I spoke with were very reliable and professional, and they made their position quite clear right off the bat, which at the end was helpful for both ends as far as I could see. The recruiter in particular was very tenacious. Even if an offer were not made, I was overall very pleased, it was a great experience, quite relevant if I were to continue applying elsewhere.
