To clarify your note about the format, we use a structured interview process with a prepared set of questions asked to all candidates. These are strictly based on the core competencies for each role to ensure fairness and consistency.
That being said, we completely recognize that the dropouts prevented a meaningful conversation. We are sharing your feedback directly with our talent acquisition team to ensure we handle technical issues better.
