they read off a piece of paper, the manager was more nervous than me! Which made me increasingly nervous. I was there for about 10 minutes, then they called me back for a second interview as the actual manager that was meant to be doing the first one was on lunch. So i went back for a second one, they had me waiting 1 hour until i saw someone.

Very informal and casual. The interviewer was down to earth. No questions that aimed to catch you out. Seemed to value personality and potential for learning and growth rather than just experience alone.

Really good, transparent and they emphasize on their training programme which is good. Seems like a nice environment to be a part of. Looking forward to how it proceeds, fingers crossed.
