First pass is a questionnaire, followed by a online QA test. The final step in an in-person interview that usually lasts 30-45 minutes. The questionnaire is clear in description and question, but also fairly simple. It's simply to get a basis for the candidate's personality. The QA test is typically set around a customized chunk of product content that is riddled with bugs. No candidate will find everything. If they do, it's obvious they have the answer key for the test. The final interview is generally with the QA Lead and Technical Director, though later would be done only by the QA team itself.
