Initial you get a call to come to an orientation. Once done you have to dodrug test. If you pass, you take online airline University courses, followed by an airport badge test, and background check. Process takes 2/3 weeks. You also get paid to take online courses they provide.

Applied through Indeed and was invited to a job seminar. Went over the basics of the company and how it runs, then was apart of a group interview where they chose who they would like to hire that day.
