J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez World Wide Technology (Saint Louis, MO) en juill. 2016
Entretien
Process consisted of one phone interview, a coding challenge, and then an in-person interview.
The phone interview consists of general experience questions. A typical "about me" style interview.
The coding challenge asks you to complete a algorithm-based task.
The in person interview had more technical questions, but nothing ridiculous. The interviewers really didn't seem to want to be there, but were not rude or unwelcoming.

What is dependency injection and how could it be used?
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez World Wide Technology (Denver, CO) en avr. 2016
Entretien
I talked with a recruiter for about an hour on the phone. I spent an hour going through my history and hearing about the company more from the recruiter. At the very end of the conversation the recruiter slipped in the fact that they'd want me to give them a urine sample as part of the interview. That's when I said I wasn't interested.

Question 1
The recruiter mostly asked me about my background and my professional experience. I spoke with a recruiter during the whole process.
The part that was incredibly off-putting for me was when at the end of my hour long conversation, he slipped in that Asynchrony has mandatory drug testing for all of their employees.
