The interview process was quick and efficient. Employees were very communicative and clear between interviews. I had a screening interview that lasted 20 minutes and a panel interview that lasted an hour. The interview was very relaxed and conversational. Overall, a very good experience.

Since I had worked for the World Relief in South Sudan earlier this interview for the Kenyan position took some three days of phone conversation with the recruiter who was actually the international person incharge of the program.
