Applied online. First round of interviews with HR and senior investment officers. After a few days invited for an interview with regional industry director based in Washington DC. The whole process was neutral, professional staff and friendly. Certainly regret not being able to work there.

First part of interview talking about experience, background and fit with organization. Second part discuss an investment case. third part ask questions to the manager.
Finance test, powered by HireVue, followed by a recorded digital interview round. Shortlisted candidates will then have to clear three rounds of panel interviews, starting off with members of the core team, and then management and senior management.

Key areas covered during the interviews include: fit, commercial awareness, experience with project finance structuring, financial analysis competence. Alot of focus on past transaction and financial modeling experience.
