Interview consisted of an interview with two associate editors. Both were friendly and not intimidating. Questions were basic and the conversation was relatively informal. The office looked creative and welcoming (interesting decor, not just beige walls). The interviewers were realistic about interns and seemed sincere.

They reached out a day after I applied to set up a phone screening, and then an interview about a week later. The interviewer was very easy to talk to, and asked a lot of questions about my current job. The interview lasted about 45 minutes, but the interviewer implied towards the end that I wasn't getting the position, which makes me think they already had the intern selected and were interviewing me for HR.
