Workinman brought me in for a short screening, then had me do a coding test, which took quite a bit of time (about 12 hours) to complete. After this, I was brought in for a final round interview, and was promised an answer by the end of the week. After the week ended, I sent them a follow up, which promised an answer in another week. I followed up again, they put me off again. Two months later, I received and e-mail they wanted me to do another interview. For whatever reason, I accepted. The interview went fairly pleasantly, and they promised a response that day or the next. The next day, at what must have been 11:59 pm, I received an e-mail saying that they would not be moving forward. Probably the worst experience I have ever had interviewing with a company.
