The process was overall very engaging and thought-provoking. It began with a conversational tone, followed by talking about my education and experiences. Then, there were specific questions about the company's PR processes, and how I would approach them. Furthermore, they then sent interview tasks that I had to complete over a week period for analysis from Working Word.

One of your clients is a social enterprise and fostering organisation. You have been given a brief to help them recruit more foster carers across the UK (not just Wales). Previous campaigns they have done have included myth busting around who can be a foster carer e.g. those without their own children, those living in rented accommodation, people from the LGBTQ+ community. What two ideas can you come up with to help encourage people to consider becoming a foster carer
