You have one Phone interview, then they bring you in for a working interview....if you make your quota you are hired and have the opportunity to come back each day.. only if you get your number

The first interveiw is a phone interveiw. Recruiter was lovely, and assured me that we would not be canvassing alone and then proceeded to tell me about how great the mission was. The second interview is a full 9-hour shadow shift, paid. After sitting in a meeting and a ten minute training I was driven cross town to canvass alone.
