The phone interview with a manger went really well. After the phone interview, I had a in person interview. The interviewers didn't make eye contact and where preoccupied documenting my responses . It was the most awkward in person interview imaginable. The interview questions mirror Googles. I got the impression they take them selves rather seriously. You could say, they are trying to be Google. After my in person interview, I had 15 min phone with the VP of customer service.

Entretien
After being referred to apply, I went through a Hirevue pre-screening process. Then afterwards 3 on-site interviews. Once with the direct manager of the position, once with 2 members of the team and the final time with the Director of the department.
