      I had 2 interviews, for a Senior Product Designer role in Europe (remote), which resulted in a rejection for not sounding / being concise, and structured when I got asked to exemplify cases requiring reflection (e.g. working with stakeholders, recalling cases, etc). That is also despite being constantly praised for my approaches, problem-solving, expertise, skills, and so on. As a neurodivergent, I have a minor speech issue, which worsened after Covid. Hence, if you have disabilities related to speech, don't waste your time and apply - you will be rejected. Moreover, the impression I got is that they don't seem to have a good understanding of Europe, and that many in the EU don't have English as their first language; hence, they may not be trained enough to meet the hiring managers' expectations regarding being concise and structured. Even worse, the interviewer was late by a few minutes, which doesn't show much consideration towards the candidate's time and preparation. Additionally, the interviewer overlooked some details about me that were explicitly present. One example, in my introduction, I clearly stated that I am also a 'mixed-method researcher', only to be asked minutes later if I am capable of doing research. Workera lacks professionalism and consideration. I wouldn't waste my time with them unless they make significant changes. These negative reviews on Glassdoor seem so true.
