J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez WorkMarket (Huntington, NY) en avr. 2015
Entretien
Multiple yet separate interviews with direct management, the entire team I would have been managing as well as other department heads. This took place both in person and over the phone. The overall process was over the course of 6 weeks with large gaps of time between each phase.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Nothing out of the normal realm of interview questions, the focus was on team management and overall customer experience as well as how to take the team to the next level for a service offering perspective.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez WorkMarket (Huntington, NY) en févr. 2016
Entretien
I was Interviewed in the beginning of Feb 2016 and kept warm by the recruiter that I had been recruited by for over a month. I was contacted by him WEEKLY (40 emails in total) to make sure I was still interested in role- for months we were in conversation about this role, conversations were all based around "expecting an offer top of Q2". Last email was on March 31st- and I quote "I will have an update for you by EOD tomorrow" then complete radio silence, no follow up..not even a response to my quick email followup. To keep me in the process for about 2 months and not even have the decency to send a quick response is very unprofessional, to deny a candidate via email is very simple. I understand things changing, not having budget, changing the role etc..but c'mon guys, this was for a management position- this is not how to build a pipeline.
