The first interview was a more formal sit-down in person meeting at the office with members of senior management, followed by a relaxed group lunch with the rest of the employees at a local restaurant.

My interview was in person. It started out as a basic interview and very conversational, easy-going. At the end, the bosses threw out some hypothetical PR questions that required thinking on your feet a bit, but nothing crazily challenging.
