The application/interview process was pretty easy. I applied to a few different GA positions on WPI's website. Within a week, one of the professors was impressed by my cover letter and resume, so she asked me to come in for an interview. The interview was pretty relaxed, with the focus mostly just being on getting to know each other. It felt more like a conversation than an interview. She offered me the job on the spot.
