There were 3 people kept watching us and made the report. If you really want to work with Woolworths, all i can share the tips are : 1. Please dress well and be professional 2. Answer the question in professional way, always point out what your experience and achievement. 3. Be active and if they asked if you have any question, just ask any question related to job like do you provide any professional training? 4. Make friends with others so you will be comfortable when it comes to group discussion. During the interview there were 2 activity : 1. you need to introduce yourself and the other people . They will give you 2 mins to mingle with other to ask questions like : do they live in a different country, speaks a different language, have any exotic pet, play a dangerous sport etc. 2. They will give you some values, phrases and words, like Values : i care deeply, i listen and learn, i always do the right thing phrases : above and beyond, adding values, positive experience, put customer 1st, solution finding, feeling at ease words : extraordinary, excellent, caring, responsive, reliable, satisfaction, understanding, decision. you need to chose one of them and make a statement and why after that they explained about the company, cultures, rule, works, etc then you need to fill the availability form and show docs that you can work legally.

after the first stage, the entire interview is through their online platform. There are two parts to the online interview, a written part and a video part each with 5 questions.
