The interview consisted of an online application submission then an online aptitude testing, assessment centre scenario and finally a face to face interview. Unfortunately my exams clashed with the assessment centre and I did not progress further

Entretien
The application process began with an online psychometric test and then selected candidates were invited to complete a video interview. For this particular role they were not running an assessment centre so successful applicants were then invited to face-to-face interviews. This interview included a 10 minute presentation, followed by Q/A about the presentation and then followed by 20 minutes of behavioral questions. We were given approximately a week before the interview to prepare for the presentation and the topic was provided by Woolworths. The interview was conducted by two Woolworths employees who were very accommodating and made the interview process less stressful.

Entretien
It was an online recorded Interview for about 10 min. Very easy and comfortable. Try to be genuine and not to fake answers. It is a new method so it looks scary in the beginning but not in real. Be confident. I really enjoyed the experience and I hope you too. Best of luck for the interview and I hope you all crack it.
