One of the best interview process I have ever seen. Wonolo prides themselves on hiring candidates that are going to bring new ideas and drive those ideas to make the company better.

The interview process at Wonolo was one of the most efficient and thoughtul processes I've experienced. The entire process only took about 2.5 weeks and everyone on the team was very communicative and welcoming. The process consisted of a call with the recruiting manager, a call with the head of talent, a take home assignment, and a 3 hour video interview loop with members of the team. I greatly appreciated the team's transparency and felt I walked away having a much better picture of what its like to work at Wonolo.

Entretien
My interview experience at Wonolo was thorough and very engaging. Their Head of Talent is top notch and made sure to communicate next steps and feedback to me in a timely manner. My first conversation was over the phone with talent acquisition to review the opportunity and my qualifications. After determining that we were a mutual fit, my next phone interview was with their VP of Sales. She was very transparent about their goals as a business and how I would help in achieving the strategy to help them reach those goals. Next, I had a 2-3 hour virtual interview where I had a series of one on one interviews (meeting with the partners I would be working closely with) coupled with a panel interview of several employees from different departments that I may not be interacting with on a day to day basis (cultural fit interview). By the time I received an offer, I had met with 11 different Wonoloers. You can tell Wonolo hires only the best of the best and I enjoyed having the opportunity to speak with several key stakeholders throughout my interview process.
