Company reached out TO ME FIRST to apply, I did, I was given a date and time for a virtual interview. Day of interview I waited and wait on zoom for 20 minutes and they interviewer never arrived. I sent an email later stating if they need to reschedule I would be willing to accommodate. They blocked me. Apparently this company has an HR/hiring team that operates at a middle school ghosting level. Very unprofessional.
