Everyone was professional, we had a nice chat, very fast feedback, unfortunately didn't pass the second round of interviews. The atmosphere seemed very relaxed and they put a lot of emphasis on cultural fit. From my understanding, they prefer someone who is outspoken and relaxed and communicative, which are the standard needed traits, at least for this role in general. Pay rate is very good, at least they didn't have any problems with mine for my position
