Poor, I felt like the Recruiter should not be in the position that they are in. They gave me only 2 available times in a whole week to speak. Those times did not work for me, and their response was that they would let me know if they have time next week. In the next week, I finally get time with them. On the call, they acted disinterested and as though they already did not care for my application. Why are you interviewing me then? Felt like a waste of time.
