Truly strange experience. Hiring manager reached out personally via LinkedIn and chatted for an hour told me to absolutely apply to get into the system for formal process. I have a quick screen with HR and then completely rejected / ghosted thereafter. Not sure why the hiring manager wasted my time / lied to me. Avoid at all costs!
