First time I was scheduled for initial phone round interview with recruiter and he did not get back to me inspite of several follow up emails, I saw the position again in their company website and applied again, this time recruiter scheduled for the initial phone round again but did not call me at all on the scheduled time. I had several follow up email for the reschedule. The recruiter did not even bother to reply to my emails. If the position is closed or if the candidate is not considered for the interview why do you schedule for the interview and never get back or reply to any follow up email.
