The interview process was lengthy but well-communicated in advance, which helped me feel prepared for each step. It included a screening call, hiring manager interview, case study presentation and whiteboard exercise. All the interviewers were friendly, and I felt that they genuinely wanted me to succeed. Although I didn’t receive an offer, it was one of the more positive interview experiences I’ve had.

The interview process was really smooth and I was informed well ahead about the whole hiring process, what each stage would entail and whom I would meet. The first round was with the HR, which was more or less an introduction and verifying details and expectations regarding the role. The second round was with the hiring manager. It was an informal discussion about my previous experiences, what I bring to Wolt and my interests in the field of design. It went quite well. The next rounds would have been portfolio review and whiteboarding. Unfortunately, they decided to move ahead with some other candidates after the second round since they felt they matched better for the role.
