It was a group interview, the interviewer was very nice and welcoming, he explained about the history of Wolt and all the benefits of working in wolt, at the end we got cases of customers and was needed to handle the cases as part of a simulation test.

They asked about my experience in customer support
Was In meeting with hr and team lead, very nice people. Talked in english and another language, while talked in another language hr disconnected, talked about job experience, asked me to talk about myself.
it was good, it was a group interview, had to resolve some tasks together and work as group, the interviewer was kind. all in all good experience and would apply again.
they asked you questions how would you handle some errors or situations and then they gave me different prompts for chats and how would i respond in thoose situtations .they asked me what i find interesting in working for wolt
