It took 1 hour and 30 min. It was in a panel setting. The managers that interviewed me were very professional and prepared. The questions were average provided that I had vast management experience.

The interview process is intense. Be expected to meet with a team of managers. Both upper and mid-level managers will review with you (between 3 and 7 persons). The process can be lengthy. Be expected to provide your past work experiences, both the pros and the cons. Be expected to provide samples of your past. A port-folio of your past accomplishments are a huge plus.
