I applied through college career website. HR introduced positions available and then scheduled a one-hour technical interview with hiring manager. The technical interview was not very detailed. It seemed to test the way of thinking. After the technical interview, I was sent a set of Mathematica problem to solve. This part was really hard for me since I was never exposed to Mathematica. But it should be fine if you have experience with Mathematica.

For this job role, you would be helping customers with technical issues through phone or email. Issues could be like helping them in resolving errors in their code related to Wolfram technologies. Over the phone, the hiring manager told me that we would be doing this for 1 year/2 years/ 3 years. If they will find that we have now become good in Wolfram Technologies then they shift us to one of their projects otherwise we would be continuing the technical support work.
I applied through my university job board. I got a call from HR, general HR interview took place. Next week my phone interview with the manager was scheduled.
Two technical questions were asked: logic to find a set of numbers with non-repetitive 6 digits in ascending; how to check if a number is prime or not when the range of numbers is too large like from 1 to 1001

I found this position through college career website and then applied through Company's website. There was a very quick response on the next day after my application for a phone interview. During the interview, the HR started by saying this position is a technology based, customer and communication oriented job, and asked me to discuss my background in terms of these two directions. It is really a position requirement based interview, the HR only cares my experience related to the job requirements.

Entretien
Straightforward telephone interview, variety of behavioral questions and technical questions. Had an opportunity to ask about the team and learn more about the role. Had opportunities to demonstrate my skills and prior experience via behavioral interview and case-like questions. A lot of the position requirements involved effective communication so the process was apt.
