Interview process length: The entire process took 5 months for me when I was originally told that it would be 2-3 months at most during the initial interview. After the initial interview, every step of the interview process had (sometimes significant) delays. Who conducted interviews: Wizcorp was only present during my final interview. The initial interview was conducted by a HR manager in Australia from their parent company (Keywords Studios). The online test was automated. The technical interview was conducted by a sister studio also in Australia. Interview process was "paused": Wizcorp notified me that they paused all ongoing interview processes for 1 month to organize their projects first. During this same month, the exact same job listing was freshly posted on LinkedIn by their parent company to recruit specifically for Wizcorp. Job requirements and rejection: I was ultimately rejected after the final interview due to "not enough experience", despite me having fulfilled all of their requirements listed on the job description (at the time) and even some of the preferred skills. Some time after my rejection, Wizcorp updated their LinkedIn job posting to add many more requirements.
