I first applied online on Linkedin for Software Engineer, Backend. A recruiter then reached out to me with a unique email subject "<your name> at wish, that has a nice ring to it". She then interviewed me for 30 min and tbh this interview was kinda just for records and holds no weight in proceeding to the next stage. After the recruiter screening, she sent me another email right after it and booked my phone technical interview. I booked it a week after to prep for it . The interviewer came on time and they asked me a really interesting OOP question that involved Algo & DS. Unfortunately, I did not pass the interview as I wasn't able to code it on time but solved the question and wrote the pseudocode.
