Tour of the building, facility, Stereo test, interview, then background check. concerned that there was almost no one at the office in the middle of the week, gave the impression that this is not a stable job, or is a shell company

I spoke with a wonderful HR person, Kari, who walked me through the position. She shared information on the company, the benefits, and what my day would look like. She then asked me a few questions to determine where I was in my technical understanding and where I'd fit in the team best. Since the specific project they were hiring for requires a lot of analysts and technicians, she moved things along very quickly. By the end of the day, I got an offer. She was one of the best HR people I've worked with in a long time, very communicative, consistent, and friendly. The only reason I didn't move forward with this position was another job popped up out of the blue that allowed me to be internationally remote. I definitely would recommend this company overall based on this experience though.
