It really shocked me that I was met with such unprofessionalism and unethical interview process. I've been a Wise user for a decade and what I thought would be the opportunity of a lifetime turned out to be the biggest disappointment I've ever faced during an interview process. Not only did I find the first interview, which was a screening, odd due to the interviewer's demeanour (he seemed quite jumpy and I didn't feel that he was actually listening to me cause he seemed that he had a checklist to tick the entire time), but I also found one of the questions in the THT unethical–this was never addressed even though I remarked it when forwarding back the THT. For more context, they asked me to do a THT, which was never acknowledged when I forwarded it back with my answers. I was then ghosted for over two weeks, only to then receive a generic rejection letter–but hey, all my ideas are now for them to keep. And even though in the email it states that I could be given feedback, I've been ghosted since despite requesting it.
Such experience has influenced my decision to stop using the platform as I cannot believe that a company I've admired for such a long time has this particular way of treating potential employees.
