I had an interview scheduled for 10:30 AM. However, by 10:35 AM, the interviewer had not joined, so I made the decision to leave. I found this to be discourteous and disappointing, which negatively impacted my candidate experience. Interviews are a two-way process, and I would expect that, had I joined at least five minutes late without any prior notice or warning, I would not have been considered successful.
