J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Wise (New York, NY) en juill. 2024
Entretien
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and asked if I would apply. I did, and then received a scheduling link from her. The first available timeslot on her calendar was over 2 weeks out, but I booked anyways. 2 hours before the scheduled interview, I received an email from her that the position was filled. I find this all very unprofessional, especially since it was a 1hr video call which I had prepped for. It made me think twice about the company if this is how they go about the recruitment process.

N/a, since she cancelled the interview at the last minute.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Wise (Londres, Angleterre) en sept. 2020
Entretien
Overall, respectful interview process and interviewers were open to two-way conversation.
The interviews try to cover a lot of ground. In some ways, many roles at Wise need "many hats" so I think the process tries to gauge that early. There's a big emphasis on cultural fit at Wise so anyone interviewing should get comfortable with the mission statement and center any answers or conversations around how they would have an impact on the mission.
