First quick screening then complicated online test. All timed with very specific math and statistics questions. so not really ability to showcase ability or discuss relevance to the job. I did not like this process very much, waste of time
Initial HR screen with recruitment then technical round with HackerRank. HR screen seems friendly and promising but then they take forever to respond/give feedback and sometimes not at all even after following up for feedback. Not a good experience overall.

Involved reading comprehension, basic quick arithmetic problems such as finding percentage differnces / ratios as well as pattern recognition tests, followed by a recorded video about your motivation to work there. Process can take a couple of hours.

Feedback is relatively poor.
